ABOUT OUR STAFF
Jared R. Aponte
Jared has been working in municipal finance since 2015 holding various positions including Finance Director, Treasurer/ Collector and Assistant Assessor. He has earned his Bachelors degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University. His top skills include cash management, reconciliations, payroll, human resources and benefits administration. Jared launched Aponte & Aponte in 2022 with his father, Fred Aponte and they hope to help many communities throughout the Commonwealth.
Fred L. Aponte, CGA
Fred is a certified Massachusetts Municipal Town Accountant and began his municipal career in 1997 working for the Town of Harvard. Fred has been the Town Accountant in multiple communities and is currently the Town Accountant & Operations Manager for the Town of Sterling. His 20+ years of public services has earned him high praise from amongst his colleagues. Fred has experience in all aspects of municipal finance.
